Does it matter if a screw came off of the feedneck of my spyder MR1?

Last night i was tightening all the screws on my paintball gun and on one of the screws on the feed-neck i overtightened it and the screw wont go in any more. does it matter if i don't have one of the screws on the feed-neck?
