Why does United States give money to Haiti when China and Russia give $0?

If it was against the law to be heartless ,selfish and silly you and some of your friends here would get life ! Who gives a crap what china and russia gives.You don't have to give so what is your problem ? I guess you belong to the bigots club of America and I see you have friends .This question is proof that the country is full of morons ! china economy prospers because greedy U.S corporations have imported your job to china..I see why guys like you support the re pugs because it is clear you haven't got a clue.They send your job to china and you think the chinese gov.is doing all of these things on their own . You don't even know what is happening in china or America so why should anyone believe you know what is going on in Haiti ? CHINA IS GETTING A RETURN ON ITS INVESTMENT EVERY TIME YOU TAKE YOUR BUT TO WAL MART !
