Scariest dream i have ever had?

ok this is scaring the **** outta me... the other day i had a strange dream. i was in a strange place don't know where but i was in a car with someone and my vision started to flicker and i suddenly saw everything transform like it was 100 years back(everything was black and white) and i could see dead people(well i think they were) but i had this sick feeling in my stomach and it literally felt like my stomach turned upside down. im not just saying it.. like if you pick something up and flip it over(i could feel it turning). i had another feeling that i cant describe. its like the air is different and thinner as if i don't need 2 breathe. and i started to tell people but no one believed me. then i found other people who could do the same thing. and then other things happened that were very vivid. And in my dream there was this kid who looked at me strange... like he knew me my whole life and was trying to tell me something but didn't say anything.. and then my life went back to normal in seconds. i felt the pain in my stomach and everything transformed and i was back in the car with everyone looking at me. the strange thing is i fell a sleep in the dream and woke up as if it wasn't a dream. and it seemed to last forever. and then i woke up and it was if i had never had the dream. i didnt even remember it. until now, i think its been a few days later and i suddenly remember the dream. i just have that feeling that i had in the dream. except my stomach isn't like it. does this mean something. and to be honest im kinda freaked. cus i don't believe in paranormal crap. and why didnt i remember this the day i had the dream. scarry stuff aye? im kinda scared. later on in the dream i tried to vomit and it seemed to trigger the dead people thing.
