My internet is going funny so il ask it here about GTA VC on pc?

i want to get GTA vc on pc but i would like to kno wot the specs are... i shud be able to play it wiv a vista HD dualcore laptop but i wud like to know anyway. can anyone please tell me or send me a link to the specs of the game? much apreciated
