Should i take back my cheating boyfriend?

i was seeing this guy for 8 months and i really really loved him and still do but after 8 months.one fine day he tells me he never loved me in these 8 months and wanted to break up.so we did but after exactly 2 days i got to know from his friend,who likes the girl he cheated me on with,that he was seeing her,i was shocked,i was waiting that he might come back to me but i got to know this! i really love him and finding it difficult to let go of him.i really want him back in my life.we were friends for a week after all this happened and he said he wants to make uo for whatever happened and wanted to have feelings for me.i waited and after a week i realised he still has feelings for that other girl.i have been going crazy thinking about him,i miss him like crazy.i want him in my life.what should i do?
