When people in the GWS section pretend are they being dishonest to themselves?

Me and my friends noticed that there are lots of people here in women's studies who spend all their time dissing feminists, pretending to be rads or antis and all they do is put feminists down. Do they pretend so that they can fool us, cause it dosent work. All of us just laugh at this place, we think its a joke.
