Do you think I have hypothyroid? I've been tested 4 times (3 out of 4 normal) but symptoms getting worse?

it definitely sounds hormonal, but I'm no MD, I'd recommend writing down all your symptoms and questions and taking them with you if you go see an endocrinologist again
