Helppp, i have fooddd problems.?

I'm not fat, but I am getting close and have more fat than i want and am very easily tempted by junk food. I open the pantry and just eat crap like cookies and candy. I eat all of the wrong things. Is there any way to not be tempted??? Or easy ways to burn away the fat after I eat that?? HEELLLPPP!!!!!
