I think "what's in your wallet?" is an idiom but what does it mean?

whenever i watch entertainment tonight (not sure if this is the show) there's a portion where they greet celebrities who are having their birthday on that day.and they always say "what's in your wallet?" what does it mean?not sure either if i hear it right. =)
