Post pregnancy and now post miscarriage?

I gave birth to my daughter 5 mnths ago. I never stopped producing milk, but I hardly had a problem with leakage. I found out I was pregnant again a few weeks ago, but I miscarried and had an emergancy D&C on Saturday. Since I found out I was pregnant I started producing a lot more milk again and my are two cups sizes more than they were. Is there anything other than time that will get me to stop producing milk? I was also told that I would only spot for a few days. It been 4 now and i'm still leeding regularly like a period. Has that happened to anypne else that's had a D&C?
