Putting marriage back together?

I had asked, just short while ago, about reconcile thus stopping divorce proceedings. Should have asked one other question along with it. My feelings are that if we do stop the divorce and move back in together that want her to get tested for STDS and not have for a year to be positive about HIV infection possibility. Is that too much to ask? Would still be intimate just no tell positive about no STD and especially no HIV infection.
