Some questions about sniffing/ inhaling solvents?

First of all don't tell me I'm stupid or weird for trying this but I have been trying to get high of spray deodorant and I can't!! How to peope do it? And how long does it take? Also anybody know how you can get high of nail varnish remover? Thanks
