What will/did you splurge on and what will/did you save on at your wedding?

We saved on almost everything. We splurged a bit on the venue but it included a lot for the price. For photography, I found a girl just starting out so she was offering a deal. I did the flowers myself also the invites. His mom made the cake and we had a family friend dj and he gave us a great deal.
