OK another question..say I go with divorce.husband is from another country & I have fear of him taking daugter

I had husband cheated with friend... He is from another country and you hear things about the ex taking the child from the custodial parent and the cust parent never sees them again. You never can say they wouldn't do it, and I thought I could trust him in other ways. How would I get his visitations supervised as a flight risk when he is not a "bad father"?
