Was This Astral Projection Or Not?

I don't think it was, but it might have been! Okay, so a few years ago, I had suregery on my foot, because it was flat! Anyways, I stayed in the hospital for like 3 days, before they let me go home! Anyways...they had me hooked up to that IV stuff or whatever, and they giving me some drugs! Anyways...when I got home, I was all confused, and I thought I was still in the hospital, and I was laying down on my couch, and all of a sudden I was floating up! I reached all the way up to the ceiling, before I went back down! I think it was just an effect of the drugs, but could it have been astral traveling?
