Whats the worst part of a scheduled c-section?

I am having a scheduled c next wednesday and I am starting to freak out. I had an emergency c-section with my son so I know the gist of what to expect I am just more panicked this time. What was the worst part for you? I am deathly afraid of the spinal........... but please just share your opinions and experiences! Thanks
